OUT OF SALT SPRING SAFARI

This Safari is a delightful and well-thought out overview of Salt Spring Island. We focus on locally made food, art, studios, history and geography. We travel the entire island to get a glimpse of what makes it unique and interesting. By the end of the day we will have tasted over 25 separate foods including a light lunch. We will have seen the north end and the south end. Locations vary on the day of the week and the time of the year.

Out of Salt Spring starts at 10 in the morning and ends at 4. I recommend that everyone wear a long-sleeved shirt over a short-sleeved shirt and comfortable walking shoes. Be prepared to relax and let me take care of you. Thatís what I do. By the end of the day you will be fairly stuffed and heavily laden with your dayís purchases. Bring a camera and take lots of photos. There will be many opportunities for enjoying what is important to you.
